Location
Infinity Samui is located in the lush hillside of Bang Por on the private
and quiet north-western shore of Samui Island, with a resident club on the

Aiming at creating an ultimate resort lifestyle, InfinitySamui is a gated low-rise
luxury apartment development and is designed to fuse quality modern living

The first project is situated at the upper part of the hill and captures
a hotel ambience. The second project emphasises the highest level of privacy;

The Legal Package
InfinitySamui is being sold as a leasehold of 90 years (3 terms each
of 30 years) in combination with a subscription to shares in a Thai land-owning
company to the different owners of the property. This structure offers far
more security to the lessees of the land as they are now also indirectly the “joint-landlords”.
